Dr. Dianne Henderson has extensive experience creating innovative solutions for educational assessment and measurement, including formative, interim, and summative assessments with expertise in test design, IRT, CAT, AI and technology in education, equating, test scoring and reporting. Dr. Henderson earned her PhD in educational psychology from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada and continues to be active in ATP, AERA and NCME. She has previously held positions at ACT, CTB/McGraw-Hill, ETS, ProExam, and Renaissance Learning.

Lisa Eggers-Robertson is an industry expert with over two decades of experience in educational assessment, particularly in math automated scoring. She has been instrumental in the development and design of new features for Pearson's scoring platform, making it more versatile and transparent for users. Lisa has also mentored a team of automated scoring specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation. A published author and patent holder, she continues to make significant contributions to the field. Her commitment to innovation and transparency in scoring processes continues to positively impact the industry.

Liberty Munson, Ph.D., is the Principal Psychometrician for Microsoft Learning
She is responsible for ensuring that psychometric standards are rigorously applied during all phases of the certification exam lifecycle. Prior to joining Microsoft, she worked at Boeing where she developed a wide variety of selection tests, including multiple-choice exams, team-based exercises, problem solving activities, and structured interviews; she also assisted with the development and analysis of Boeing’s internal certification exams and acted as a co-project manager overseeing development, administration, and analysis of Boeing’s Employee Survey. She received her BS in Psychology from Iowa State University and her MA and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with minors in Quantitative Psychology and Human Resource Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Theo Eggen, Ph.D.
Theo J.H.M. Eggen is Senior Research Scientist at the Psychometric Research Center of Cito and full professor of psychometrics at the University of Twente in the Netherlands Consultancy and research on educational and psychometrical issues of test development are his main activities. His specializations are: item response theory, quality of tests, (inter)national assessment, and computerized adaptive testing. He has major experience as a consultant in educational measurement at Cito, at the university and internationally. He is author of research articles and chapters of textbooks. He is scientific director of the Research Center for Examinations and Certification (RCEC).
Michael R. Peabody, Ph.D.
Michael R. Peabody is Senior Psychometrician at the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and holds a PhD in Educational Assessment, Evaluation, and Research from the University of Kentucky. He is an active member of NCME and AERA’s Division D (Measurement and Research Methodology) and Division I (Education in the Professions). Dr. Peabody is also an adjunct instructor for the Department of Educational Policy Studies & Evaluation at the University of Kentucky where he teaches courses on statistics and advanced psychometrics. In addition to JATT, he currently serves on the editorial board for Education in the Health Professions. His previous research has focused on issues related to certification and licensure testing, such as differential item functioning, equating, standard setting, and practice analyses, while his current research investigates the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning models in psychometrics.
Nadine McBride, Ph.D.
Nadine McBride is a senior certification program manager at Amazon Web Services, where she oversees the development of multiple certification exams. Previously, Nadine was a psychometrician with Castle Worldwide, Inc. in Morrisville, NC, where she has responsibility for psychometric leadership for a wide variety of organizations in the credentialing industry. Prior to joining Castle Worldwide, she served as a psychometrician for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction in Raleigh, NC, providing psychometric oversight during the transition of the state’s educational testing program to a new, dual delivery mode assessment system integrating a variety of item types. Dr. McBride earned her B.S. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Scott Highhouse, Ph.D
Scott Highhouse is a Professor and Ohio Eminent Scholar in the Department of Psychology, Bowling Green State University. He has been named a fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Association for Psychological Science (APS), and the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and also served as Publications Officer on SIOP's Executive Board from 2009-2012. He currently serves on the board of directors for the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC).
Scott served as Associate Editor of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP) from 2001-2007, and as Associate Editor of Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology from 2007-2009. He is currently serving on the editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Behavioral Decision Making. He was also co-editor, with Neal Schmitt, of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology volume of Wiley's 2013 Handbook of Psychology. Currently he is founding editor of the new journal Personnel Assessment and Decisions.

Deniz Ones, Ph.D.
Deniz S. Ones is the Hellervik Professor of Industrial Psychology and a Distinguished McKnight Professor at the University of Minnesota. Her research focuses on individual differences in work settings (e.g., personality, cognitive ability, job performance, counterproductive work behaviors, environmental sustainability behaviors). She has received numerous prestigious awards for her research, among them the 1998 Ernest J. McCormick Award for Distinguished Early Career Contributions from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), as well as the 2003 Cattell Early Career Research Award from the Society for Multivariate Experimental Psychology. She is a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science and the American Psychological Association (Divisions 5 and 14 – SIOP), for which she also chaired the Committee on Psychological Testing and Assessment (CPTA). Previously, she co-edited the two-volume Handbook of Industrial, Work and Organizational Psychology (2001) and served as an editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Selection and Assessment and associate editor of the Journal of Personnel Psychology.
Yongwei Yang, Ph.D.
Yongwei Yang is a survey research scientist at Google in the Quantitative Marketing team. He works on surveys focusing on market research and consults with internal teams regarding survey design and implementation. He holds a Ph.D. in quantitative and psychometric methods from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Prior to joining Google, he was a principal researcher at Gallup where he consulted with clients on personnel selection interventions and led internal R&D on enhancing the value, user experience and business applications of measurement tools and modeling techniques.His research areas include technology-enhanced measurement and data collection, test and survey development and validation, and testing and survey in multi-population settings (e.g., multi-cultural, multi-device).
Dr. Xiangdong Liu, Ph.D.
Dr. Xiangdong Liu is a psychometrician in the Louisiana Department of Education. He works on using psychometric principles to advise on the development, validation, and implementation of Louisiana state assessment, and providing psychometric support for Louisiana ESSA Innovative Assessment pilot. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational measurement and statistics from the University of Iowa. He is also serving on the ELPA21 Research and Evaluation Advisory Committee and ELPT21 peer review task force. His research interest includes computer adaptive testing, equating and scaling, Item response theory and classical test theory.
Chad W. Buckendahl, Ph.D.
Chad W. Buckendahl is a Partner with ACS Ventures, LLC. His research interests include legal issues, standard setting, test evaluation, and validity. Dr. Buckendahl has designed and led validation studies for credentialing programs in architecture, dentistry, dental hygiene, medicine, education, finance, and law; general education, end of course, alternate, and English language literacy assessments in education; and language assessment for admissions, citizenship, and certification. Dr. Buckendahl also serves on technical advisory committees for education and credentialing programs; editorial boards for peer reviewed journals; and on volunteer committees for the Association of Test Publishers, Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) and the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME).
